Delivery & returns.
What to expect when you order your custom gear.
Processing & delivery
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Manufacturing and delivery take approximately 14 additional business days after processing—about 16 business days total.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We’ll keep you informed if your order experiences a significant delay.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Custom-colored gear without printing or embroidery is eligible for return under these conditions.
Return shipping
The buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a customization error made by us. In those cases, we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
Printing & embroidery
Gear with printing or embroidery is final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer, or text entered incorrectly when ordering.
This exclusion does not apply to manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect items, or customization errors made by us. We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for these issues.
How to request a return
Email officialexpress.services@gmail.com before sending an item back. Include your order number and the reason for your return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please also include clear photos of the issue and packaging.
We’ll review your request and provide return instructions. Please wait for those instructions before shipping your item.
Review your design
Before placing your order, double-check your size, panel colors, metallic finishes, text, spelling, and placement. Screen colors and customization previews may vary slightly from the finished product.
